Don’t be worried if you don’t know what this means. Its our job to teach you! If you have not already done so and will be financing, the first step is to call a Mortgage Lender. If you need guidance on who to talk to, we are here for you!
2) What’s your dream home?
Do you have a home or neighborhood that you have been dreaming of? Bedrooms, bathrooms, backyard, pool, kitchen, and home style are just a few of the many preferences to chose! Let me know every detail of what you are looking for!
3) Searching & Touring
This step alone can be daunting. We will ensure that your search is broad enough to capture any possible properties, but narrow enough to find the perfect house for you.
4) Placing an Offer!
You made it! One of the most exciting steps in the process and one step closer to your new home. In communication with you, I will lead and advise you on price negotiations, contract terms, and help you secure your next home.
6) Closing Day
Let the celebrations begin! You are officially a home owner!
5) Under Contract
Once we have made it to this point, highly recommended inspections are conducted, repairs are negotiated, and financing is finalized.
